Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations and integrations of our CRM and SaaS platforms. You will work closely with clients, translating their business requirements into actionable sprint tasks, managing quality assurance, and communicating updates in clear, non-technical language. This role is crucial in ensuring successful client onboarding, continuous value delivery, and team alignment throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What you will do - Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead Implementation Projects
    Oversee and coordinate all phases of client onboarding and platform integration, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Agile Sprint Planning & Task Management
    Break down client requirements into clear sprint tasks. Prioritize, assign, and monitor deliverables to ensure steady, transparent progress.
  • Client-Facing Communication
    Provide end-of-day (EOD) updates to clients in non-technical, business-focused language. Ensure client expectations are managed and met consistently.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management
    Build strong working relationships with both technical and non-technical client stakeholders. Handle escalations with tact and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance Oversight
    Coordinate testing activities, verify sprint deliverables meet requirements, and manage feedback integration.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    Track progress using dashboards, Gantt charts, or other tools to deliver meaningful updates and insights to both internal leadership and clients.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
    Foster a high-performance environment within cross-functional teams, promoting accountability, clarity, and results.

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS, CRM, web platforms or AI product delivery.
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks: managing sprint backlogs, retrospectives, and iterative releases.
  • Proven ability to translate client needs into structured deliverables and clearly communicate timelines, blockers, and success metrics.
  • Skilled at reporting and documentation, including executive summaries, sprint progress, and test results.
  • Fluent written and verbal English, with a gift for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Familiarity with design thinking or user-centric development approaches is a plus.
